International Postage *(also see below)

We have become aware of various countries now imposing packaging regulations to help avoid waste. Some countries, mainly in the EU require registration with authorities and the payment of licence fees. For a small online business, while it's great to reduce waste, these fees are economically unviable (some countries charge upto £250 per annum) as we only sell a small fraction to international customers. While we figure out which countries are involved in the registration and payment of fees we have taken the decision to halt international sales. Once we are sure we're good to go we will reintroduce shipping to individual countries please do bear with us as it might take a while (there are a lot of countries out there)!

Postage Costs

The date and time scale of delivery is an estimate, please see individual category details for estimated times, these estimated times are for your item to be ready to dispatch and not when you will receive them. We aim to deliver most items within, if not before the time scale specified in the product description there may be occasion where this time scale is not possible, due to busy periods. In this event the consumer shall be notified in writing (via email) and have the opportunity to cancel their order. 

We believe in keeping our prices as low as possible and have therefore decided not to wrap our items in fancy packaging. This would only add to the price you pay and after all the fancy box and ribbon would probably be thrown away. 

We cannot guarantee delivery dates once products have been dispatched as this is now out of our control. For non UK postage the customer is liable for any import duty the items incur.

UK Postage 

This include's Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. 

Items are sent either 1st or 2nd Class via Royal Mail with prices starting at £4.35 for a 2nd Class parcel and £5.45 for 1st Class.

Postage to the Channel Islands - Items arriving in the Channels Islands are required to have a customs declaration form filled in any duties that are required to be paid are the responsibility of the customer. 

Europe/International Postage - WE CURRENTY CAN NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (see above)

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Although a little higher cost for higher value items we recomend International Tracked.

Cancellations 

The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their product or within 14 days of commencement of manufacture of unusual sized goods such as an extra large or small dog collar. 

The consumer must inform us that they wish to exercise their right to cancel within 14 days as set out above in writing (either a letter sent by post or an email). 

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of exercising their right to cancel the order. This will be from either the date of the consumer posting a letter or the date we receive notice via email. 

Returns and Refunds 

1) Applicable to dog leads and bags/cases

If the consumer wishes to cancel their order as set out in the above cancellations terms items must be returned to us in accordance to the above terms. 

The consumer must return items in their original condition, unused and in any original packaging (unless deemed faulty) and acquire proof of posting or post via recorded delivery.     

Following the receipt of the returned items we will refund all monies paid by the consumer. Return postage will be refunded only in the instance of faulty goods. 

We aim to make any refunds no later than 5 working days after receipt of the returned item and in any event no longer than 30 days after receipt of the item. 

2) Applicable to made to measure belts and dog collars

In the instance that the consumer has incorrectly ordered an item which has been made to measure (dog collars and belts) and wishes to exchange the item for a different size/colour, the consumer is liable for the return postage costs. Once the original item has been received we will refund the cost of the original order excluding the postage costs. Our dog collars and belts are made to measure and therefore are outside the regulations of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Aditional Charges) Regulations 2013 we therefore have no obligation to offer a refund.

The consumer can then re-order the item in the correct size/colour.

We unfortunately are unable to refund or replace items which have been custom made this is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts(Information, Cancellation and Aditional Charges) Regulations 2013 Part 3. Regulation 28 (b)
